David S. Hogan began studying acting after discovering his love of performance while part of the Seattle University Choirs program, under the direction of the inimitable Dr. Joy Sherman. Soon after joining the university’s choir, Mr. Hogan landed his first role on the stage in Seattle University’s production of Bertold Brecht’s The Threepenny Opera (1998). During his time at Seattle University, he studied with Ki Gottberg, Bill Dore, and Rod Ceballos.

Since graduating from Seattle University in 2000 with a Bachelors in Criminal Justice and two Minors (Music and Psychology), Mr. Hogan has performed in over 25 stage productions in Seattle and Los Angeles, while continuing to hone his skills through performance, workshops and private lessons.

He has also worked in film, including the internet serial, What the Funny. His voiceover work can be heard on interactive computer games.

Mr. Hogan’s favorite people and places to collaborate with: Angela DiMarco, David Quicksall, Sean Ryan, Washington Ensemble Theatre, Peter Kazaras, Jim Gall, Kelly Kitchens, the Seattle Shakespeare Company, Wooden O Theatre, and Chris Ensweiler.
